晚期卵巢癌新辅助化疗的疗效分析

目的观察新辅助化疗治疗晚期卵巢癌的疗效。方法实验组42例患者采用新辅助化疗,对照组34例患者不进行新辅助化疗。实验组患者新辅助化疗1~3个疗程后行卵巢癌细胞减灭术。对照组直接采用卵巢癌细胞减灭术。术后化疗方案两组相同。通过观察疗效和手术并发症等,评价新辅助化疗治疗卵巢癌的效果。结果实验组组患者经治疗后,总有效率为92.86%,对照组经治疗后,总有效率79.41%,两组治疗效果比较,P=0.0386<0.05,具有差异性,有统计学意义;实验组胸腹水控制有效率为95.23%,对照组胸腹水控制有效率82.36%。两组胸腹水控制情况比较分析,P=0.032<0.05,实验组治疗过程中出现胃肠反应和骨髓抑制者各5例;对照组治疗过程中出现胃肠反应4例和骨髓抑制者2例。两组患者均对不良反应可耐受,且未见其他不良反应。结论卵巢癌采用新辅助化疗是安全有效的,不良反应轻微。

A Clinical Study on Advanced Ovarian Cancer by Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy

Objective To study the clinical effect ofneoadjuvant chemotherapy （NACT） in advanced ovarian cancer. Methods 76 patients with advanced ovarian cancer were divided into two groups. In experimental group, patients were received 1-3 courses of intravenous chemotherapy before resection of ovarian cancer. In control group, 34 patients were operated directly. All the patients in both groups received same chemotherapy regimens after operation. The curative effect and surgical complications were observed, to evaluate neoadjuvant chemotherapy treatment effect in ovarian cancer. Results The total effective rate in experimental group was 92.86% and control rate of hydrothorax and ascites was 95.23% in neoadjuvant chemotherapy group. The total effective rate was 79.41% and control rate of hydrothorax and ascites was 82.36% in control group. Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy for advanced ovarian cancer is an effective and safe method.
