阿维A联合复方甘草酸苷治疗斑块状银屑病疗效分析

目的观察并分析阿维A联合复方甘草酸苷治疗斑块状银屑病疗效,以期为临床诊治提供依据和方法。方法选取自2008年3月至2010年12月于我科室诊断为斑块状银屑病的患者62例,随机分为实验组34例和对照组28例。对照组患者口服阿维A胶囊,实验组患者口服阿维A胶囊和复方甘草酸苷片,连续8周,对比两组患者疗效及不良反应等情况。结果治疗后,实验组PASI评分显著低于对照组;实验组总有效率94.12%高于对照组的75.00%;两组均有不良反应出现,但实验组情况稍好于对照组。结论阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷治疗斑块状银屑病疗效较好,值得临床推广使用。

The Plaque Psoriasis of Acitretin A Combined Glycyrrhizin to Plaque Psoriasis

Objective To observe and analyze avermectin A combined glycyrrhizin therapy plaque psoriasis treatment, in order to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment and methods. Methods From March 2008 to December 2010 in my department diagnosis of 62 patients with plaque psoriasis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group 34 and 28 cases. Control group patients were treated with avermectin A capsules, experimental group patients were treated with avermectin A capsules and tablets glycyrrhizin for 8 weeks, compared two groups of patients with efficacy and adverse reactions and so on. Results After treatment, the experimental group PASI scores were significantly lower than the control group; experimental group, the total efficiency of 94.12% higher than the 75.00%; adverse reactions occur in both groups, but the experimental group to a lesser extent than the control group. Conclusion Avi A capsule glycyrrhizin treatment of plaque psoriasis better effect, worthy of clinical use.
