通心络胶囊联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的疗效分析

目的探讨观察通心络胶囊联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的疗效,总结其临床应用价值。方法选取自我院2010年6月至2010年12月期间收治的偏头痛的病患96例,随机将其分为观察组(使用通心络胶囊联合氟桂利嗪治疗)和对照组(使用氟桂利嗪治疗)各48例,观察对比两组的治疗效果,并将所得数据输入电脑进行分析比较。结果观察组48例病患当中其中控制的有5例,显效的有21例,有效为16例,无效为6例,总有效率为77.1%;对照组48病患当中控制的有4例,显效为16例,有效为13例,无效为15例,总有效率为60.4%,两组治疗效果差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论使用通心络胶囊联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的效果明显,其不良反应少,值得临床推广使用。

The Efficacy Analysis of Tongxinluo Joint Flunarizine Treatment of Migraine

Objective Tongxinluo capsule of the joint observation Flunarizine treatment of migraine treatment, summary of its clinical value. Methods Self- selected hospital from June 2010 to December 2010 period of migraine patients treated 96 patients randomly divided into study group （combined with TXL flunarizine treatmen0 and control groups （Flunarizine treatment） of 48 cases observed and compared two groups of treatment, and the data entered into the computer for analysis and comparison. Result Study group, 48 cases were observed among control patients, 5 cases were cured in 21 cases, effective for 16 cases, 6 cases, total effective rate was 77.1%; control group, 48 patients were controlled in 4 patients were cured, 16 cases, effective for 13 cases, 15 cases, total effective rate was 60.4%, a significant difference between treatment groups （P〈O.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Combined with TXL Flunarizine significantly effect the treatment of migraine, the side effects at the end, worthy of clinical use.
