依诺昔酮对家兔SMAO模型中血流动力学相关指标的影响

摘    要:
目的:探讨依诺昔酮对肠系膜上动脉闭塞性(SMAO)休克兔血流动力学的影响。方法:健康家兔被复制成肠系膜上动脉夹闭(superior mesenteric artery occlusion,SMAO)休克模型后,随机分为两组,每组8只。对照组(A组):于松夹后休克时经颈外静脉持续泵入生理盐水0.l ml/(kg·min);治疗组(B组):于松夹后休克时经颈外静脉缓慢静注依诺昔酮50μg/kg(10min内注完),继续以0.5μg/(kg·min),持续泵入。实验期间分别于夹闭前(-1h)、松夹后休克即时(0h)、松夹后休克l h、2h定时记录心率(heart rate,HR)、平均动脉压(mean arterial bloodpressure,MAP)及肠系膜上动脉血流量(superior mesenteric artery blood flow,SMAF)。结果:依诺昔酮能显著增加SMAO休克兔肠系膜上动脉血流量,显著改善SMAO休克的血液动力学状态及缺血脏器的血供。结论:依诺昔酮能显著解除SMAO模型对家兔血流动力学相关指标的影响。

Abstract:
Objective:To study the effect of enoximone on the hemodynamics of rabbits with superior mesenteric artery occlusion (SMAO) shock. Methods:Rabbits of superior mesenteric artery occlusion (SMAO) shock models were established, and randomly divided into two groups, with each group eight rabbits. Rabbits in control group (group A) were infused with normal saline continuously for 0.1 ml/(kg-min) by external jugular vein at the shock after removing the clip; rabbits in treatment group (group B) were injected with enoximone for 50 ug/kg within 10 min by external jugular vein at the shock after removing the clip, and then injected continuously for 0.5 ug/(kg-min). HR, MAP and SMAF were recorded at the time points of 1 h before clipping, right shock time after removing the clip, 1 and 2 h after removing the clip respectively. Results:Enoximone could considerably increase the superior mesenteric artery blood flow, and improve predominantly the hemadynamics and the blood supply of ischemic organs of SMAO shock. Conclusion: Enoximone could significantly rescind the effect of SMAO models on hemodynamics of rabbits.
