| 摘 要： | 目的探讨炎琥宁治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗．效。方法选择60例患儿，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组用常规方法治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用炎琥宁，比较两组疗效和症状改善。结果观察组治疗总有效率为91．4％，对照组为71．4％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）：观察组体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽消失时间和罗音消失时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在综合治疗的基础上加用炎琥宁治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效确切，值得在临床推广应用。
