摘    要:目的:测定砂仁中樟脑在沸水后下煎药法中煎出量及变化规律。方法:采用毛细管气相色谱法,色谱柱为DB-225(0.25mm×30mm,0.25μm),柱温:程序升温,初始温度90℃,保持4分钟,以5℃/min的速率升温至140℃,再以20℃/min的速率升温至220℃,保持1分钟。氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),载气:N2,气压:0.5kPa,进样口温度:200℃,检测器温度:250℃。结果:樟脑的回归方程为:y=6509.9x+65.5,r=0.9992;线性范围:0.21=1.25μg。结论:砂仁在沸水后下煎药法中,其樟脑在汤药中的含量在煎煮30秒时达高峰。

Abstract:Objective:To measure the content and its regularity of camphor in fructus amomi decoction. Methods: Capillary column gas chromatography method was used. The column was DB-225 (0.25 mm×30 m, 0.25μm). The col- urrm oven temperature was maintained at 90℃ for 4min after injection, programmed to 140℃ with 5℃/min, and then programmed to 220℃ with 20℃/min and held in 220℃ for lmin. The detector was FID. The carrier gas was nitrogen. The pressure was 0.5kPa. The injector temperature was 200℃ and the detector temperature was 250℃. Results: The regression equation of camphor was y=6509.9x+65.5, r=0. 9992. The linear range was 0.21-1.25μg.Conclusion: The content of camphor reach the peak at 30s in decoction after fruetus amomi was added in boiling water.
