最优尺度分析在缺血性中风病舌象提取中的应用初探

目的：探索缺血性中风病证候诊断标准研究中舌象提取的方法。方法：采用最优尺度分析对缺血性中风病的证候要素和舌象进行统计分析。结果：证候要素与舌象之间存在的关系：风和灰苔、淡白舌有联系；火和紫舌、红舌、黄苔有联系；痰和暗舌、青舌、紫舌、舌下络脉青紫有联系；血瘀和青舌、舌生瘀斑、舌下络脉青紫有联系；气虚和淡白舌、淡舌有联系；阴虚和绛舌有联系。证候要素之间存在的关系：风和气虚有联系；火和痰有联系；痰和血瘀有联系；血瘀和阴虚有联系。结论：最优尺度分析在多变量的探索性分析研究中可能是较为有效的方法之一。

Discussion of Using Optimal Scaling Analysis in Extraction of Tongue Pictures of Ischemic Stroke

Objective: To study the method of extraction of tongue pictures in diagnosis criteria of TCM syndromes of ischemic stroke.Methods: The key elements of TCM syndromes and tongue demonstrations in ischemic stroke were made statistical analysis by optimal scaling.Results: Key elements of TCM syndromes is associated with tongue demonstrations: Wind is associated with greyish fur and light white tongue;Fire is associated with purple tongue,reddened tongue and yellow fur;Phlegm is associated with dim tongue,blue tongue,purple tongue and blue and purple collaterals under tongue;Stagnant blood is associated with blue tongue,ecchymosis of tongue and blue and purple collaterals under tongue;Deficiency of qi is associated with light white tongue and pale tongue;Relative deficiency of yin is associated with crimson tongue.There are relationships among key elements of TCM syndromes: Wind is associated with deficiency of qi;Fire is associated with phlegm;Phlegm is associated with stagnant blood;Stagnant blood is associated with relative deficiency of yin.Conclusion: Optimal scaling analysis is a valid method in the study of multivariate investigative analysis.
