妇产科应用健康教育路径表的临床效果分析

目的:探究并分析妇产科应用健康教育路径表的临床效果。方法:选择128例妇产科患者,将其作为临床研究对象,随机分成试验组与对照组,每组64例,试验组患者采取应用健康教育路径表,根据健康路径表进行健康教育及护理,对照组患者采取常规健康教育方法,观察两组患者1个月后对健康知识了解程度以及患者对整个住院过程服务的满意度评分。结果:试验组60～30分30例(46.88%),较对照组60～30分19例(29.69%)多,试验组满意患者45例(70.31%),较对照组患者9例(14.06%)多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用健康教育路径表对妇产科患者进行护理,1个月后临床效果明显,较多患者健康教育路径表有深刻了解,满意患者多对且无不良反应。

Clinical Effect Analysis on Gynaecology and ObstetricsApplication of Health Education Route Table

Objective To research and analyze the clinical effect analysis on gynaecology and obstetrics's application of health education route table.Methods 128 patients of gynaecology and obstetrics our hospital accepted were selected and taken as clinical research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group and control group.And there were 64 cases in each group.Patients in experimental group took health education route table,and had health education and care according to the health education route table.Control group took regular health education route and regular care.Then the two groups patients' acquirement degree of health knowledge,scores on care and the patients' satisfactory degree in the whole process of cure were observed.Results In the comparison of patients in two groups,patients in experimental group reaching excellence were 30 cases,more than that of control group(26.69%),only 19cases.Satisfactory patients in experimental group were 45 cases(70.31%),more than that of control group(14.06),only nine cases.The result is statistical significant with the value of P less than 0.05.Conclusion Application of health education route table to cure the patients of gynaecology and obstetrics is obviously clinically effective,and it has positive effect on patients without adverse reaction.
