米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于中期妊娠引产80例临床研究

目的:探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇相比传统方式对中期妊娠引产的临床效果。方法:对照组和观察组各40例引产者,对照组用依沙吖啶引产,观察组口服米非司酮加米索前列醇,对比两组引产结果的不同。结果:观察组引产成功率100%、完全流产率92.5%明显优于对照组的82.5%和30%。结论:米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于中期妊娠引产,不论在成功率、引产时间、完全流产率上,都有较好的效果,相比传统方式也有明显优势,值得推广应用。

Mifepristone and misoprostol for induction of labor clinical study of 80 cases

Objective To discuss the way of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for termination of second trimester pregnancy compared to traditional clinical effect.Methods Observation group and control group with 40 cases in each induction,the control group with rivanol induction of labor,the observation group oral mifepristone and misoprostol,in contrast to the two set of different results.Results In the control group,the success rate of induced labor in 100%,complete abortion rate was 92.5%,the success rate of 82.5%,the complete abortion rate was 30%.Conclusion Mifepristone and misoprostol for induction of labor,regardless of the success rate,induction time,complete abortion rate,has good effect,compared with the traditional way also has obvious advantages,is worthy of promotion and application of.
