| 摘 要： | 目的:调查与了解癌因性疲乏状况对乳腺癌化疗患者生活质量的影响。方法:选择收治的乳腺癌患者120例,发放Piper疲乏修订量表(中文版)和SF-36健康状况量问卷表进行调查。结果:本组患者癌因性疲乏的3个维度得分均处于中等疲乏水平,患者生活质量的7个维度得分处于中等生活质量水平,同时癌因性疲乏与生活质量各个维度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者化疗期间多伴随有癌因性疲乏,对生活质量有负面影响,应加强干预,防止癌因性疲乏,相应提高了患者的生活质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate and find out the effections on life quality of cancer related fatigue for breast cancer patients during chemotherapy.Methods 120 cases of breast cancer patients admitted in our hospital between were chosen in this study.Moreover,Piper fatigue revised scale(Chinese version) and SF-36 health status questionnaire were offerred to them.Results The patients' three dimensions of cancer related fatigue in this group were at a medium level of fatigue scores,and the patients' seven dimensions life scores were also at a medium level.Meanwhile,cancer related fatigue and the life score in every dimension were posotively correlated.Conclusion Cancer related fatigue was often ocurred in breast cancer patients during chemotherapy,and they had negtive effections for the life quality of the patients.So,strengthen interventions and prevent cancer related fatigue can accordingly improve the life quality of the patients. |
