巨幼细胞性贫血血常规及生化检测结果分析

目的:对巨幼细胞性贫血患者的血常规及几项生化指标进行分析,以进一步了解巨幼细胞性贫血的试验诊断特点。方法:用血球仪检测巨幼细胞性贫血患者的血常规,全自动生化分析仪测定患者的血清总胆红素、总蛋白及白蛋白水平,化学发光仪测定患者的血清叶酸、Vit B12水平。结果:血常规示血2系及血3系减低较常见;化学发光分析示本组巨幼细胞性贫血以Vit B12缺乏为主,叶酸缺失次之,而两者同时缺乏较少;生化检验示:绝大部分患者LDH偏高,部分患者总胆红素偏高,总蛋白、白蛋白偏低。结论:除了大细胞性贫血,叶酸或Vit B12缺乏外,巨幼细胞性贫血尚存在白细胞、血小板计数异常,血清总胆红素升高,总蛋白、白蛋白水平降低、LDH升高等特点。

Analysis of the change of hematology and biochemistry in megaloblastic anemia patients

Objective To study the hematological and biochemical detection results in megablastic anemia patients,so as to know extensively of the laboratory diagnostic characteristic.Method Blood picture detection was performed with automatic blood picture analysis instruments;Total bilirubin,total protein,albumin and LDH level were measured with automatic biochemistry analysis instrument;VB12 and folacin level were detected with chemiluminescence instrument.Results Hematology analysis showed that two series or three series deficiency of blood picture were predominant.Chemilumninescence assay showed that the deficiency of VB12 were predominant,the deficiency of focacin were in the second place,and the deficiency of VB12 in company with focacin were in the third place.LDH was high in more of the patients,total bilirubin was high,total protein and albumin were low in some patients were found by biochemistry analysis.Conclusion Besides big cell anemia and deficiency of focacin or VB12,we also could find abnormal count of WBC and PLT,high total bilirubin,low total protein,low albumin,and high LDH in megalobiastic pationts.
