| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗儿童急性感染性喉炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例急性感染性喉炎患儿分为治疗组和对照组,均予常规抗感染、祛痰、止咳等治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加入布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗。结果:布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗能明显改善儿童急性感染性喉炎的临床症状,与对照组相比,咳嗽、声嘶、喉鸣、"三凹征"、紫绀时间及住院时间明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论:布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗儿童急性感染性喉炎能明显改善临床症状,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of budesonide inhalation therapy in children with acute infectious laryngitis.Methods 120 cases of acute infectious laryngitis children into treatment group and control group,both in the conventional anti-infection,expectorant,cough treatment,the treatment group on the basis of the control group Jiaru Bu Ned suspension atomization inhalation therapy.Results Budesonide inhalation therapy can significantly improve the children with acute infectious laryngitis clinical symptoms,compared with the control group,cough,hoarseness,throat-ming,three depressions sign,cyanosis and length of hospital stay was significantly shorter(P <0.01).Conclusion Budesonide inhalation therapy in children with acute infectious laryngitis can significantly improve clinical symptoms,shorter hospital stays,and worthy of promotion. |
