导乐陪伴分娩127例的临床效果分析

目的:探讨导乐陪伴分娩的临床效果。方法:采用导乐分娩产妇127例作为观察组,传统分娩产妇168作为对照组,分别观察分娩方式、新生儿窒息、母乳喂养、产程时间、产后出血情况。结果:观察组剖宫产率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组新生儿窒息低于对照组,母乳喂养高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组产程总时间、产后出血少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:导乐陪伴分娩降低剖宫产率,降低新生儿窒息率,增加母乳喂养,缩短产程,减少产后出血,利于母婴健康。
