丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗淤胆型病毒性肝炎31例疗效观察

目的:观察丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗淤胆型病毒性肝炎的疗效。方法:选择62例淤胆型病毒性肝炎患者为研究对象,对照组31例采用常规还原型谷胱甘肽、复方甘草酸苷等保肝治疗,治疗组31例在对照组基础上加用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸。结果:治疗组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),生化指标下降速度以及幅度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);皮肤瘙痒疗效明显优于于对照组(P<0.05),SAS和SDS评分明显下降(P<0.05),两组患者在治疗期间均未出现不良反应。结论:丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸可作为临床治疗淤胆型病毒性肝炎的首选药物,其退黄效果明显,疗效显著,同时能有效的改善患者的心理状况,促进患者生活和生存质量的改善,值得在临床上广泛的推广和应用。

Succinic acid SAM Treatment of 31 Cases of cholestatic viral hepatitis

Objective To observe the efficacy of the succinic acid adenosylmethionine in the treatment of cholestatic viral hepatitis.Methods 62 patients with cholestatic viral hepatitis were selected for the study,31 patients in the control group were with the conventional reduced glutathione,glycyrrhizin glycosides liver treatment,31 cases in the treatment group were on the basis of the addition of small disulfonic acid ademetionine.Results The treatment of patients with total efficiency was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the speed and magnitude of the decline in biochemical markers than the control group(P<0.05);itchy skin significantly better than the control group(P <0.05),SAS and SDS scores decreased significantly(P<0.05),the two groups were no adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion Succinic acid SAM can be used as the drug of choice for the clinical treatment of cholestatic viral hepatitis,jaundice effect,a significant effect,can effectively improve the psychological status of patients,and promote the improvement of the patient's life and the quality of life,it is worth widely used in clinical promotion and application.
