护理干预在上消化道内镜术中的应用探讨

目的:探讨护理干预在上消化道内镜术中的应用效果。方法:选择上消化道出血患者100例,根据入院顺序分为治疗组与对照组各50例,两组患者都采用上消化道内镜术,治疗组患者在治疗的同时配合积极的循证护理干预。结果:两组都无死亡患者,治疗组的总有效率98.0%明显高于对照组的84.0%(P<0.05);治疗组的感染、再出血发生率明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:上消化道出血表现为明显的消化道症状,上消化道内镜术可取得比较好的效果,而护理干预有利于提高疗效,降低并发症。

The application of nursing intervention in upper gastrointestinal endoscopy

Objective To investigate the application efficacy of nursing intervention in upper gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods 100 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients were evenly divided into treatment group ans control group accroding to the hospital orders.Both of the two groups received upper gastorintestinal endoscopy,but the patients in the treatment group received positive evidence-based nursing interventions at the same time.Results Both of the two groups didn't have any death.However,the total efficiency of the treatment group(98.0%) is significantly higher than the control group(84.0%)(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the incidence of infection and rebleeding in the treatment group is significatnly less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Upper gastrointestinal bleeding is a siginficant gastrointestinal symptom,and upper gastrointestinal endoscopy can obtain better effect,the intervention of nursing would help improving efficacy and reduce complications.
