奥马哈系统在社区COPD老年患者康复中的应用

目的:探讨奥马哈系统在社区老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)中的应用效果。方法:将COPD老年患者随机分为干预组和对照组,最终干预组88例,对照组92例。干预组以奥马哈系统为指导思想,采取一系列护理干预措施,对照组实施一般健康教育,干预期为1年,比较两组干预前后生活质量与肺功能状况改善情况。结果:干预后,干预组的呼吸受限、疾病状况及疾病影响状况显著低于对照组(P<0.01),干预组的肺功能状况显著强于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:奥马哈系统在改善社区老年COPD患者呼吸功能、肺功能,提高生活质量方面有显著效果,为今后老年COPD患者的社区延续性护理提供了一个切实可行的依据。

The use of omaha system in the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases

Objective To observe the effect of Omaha system in the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD) living in the community.Methods Over the age of 60 COPD patients were selected from the four people's hospital,Nanhai district,Foshan city,and then divided into two groups: intervene group and control group.According to the rules of Omaha system,some series of nursing care were carried out in the intervene group.No special care except the discharge education was done in the control group.The daily habits and community-based rehabilitation were compared between the two groups after one year.Results The restriction of breathing,disease status and sickness influence were all significantly lower in the intervene group than the control group(P<0.01).The pulmonary function increased in the COPD patients after carrying out the Omaha system(P<0.01).Conclusion Omaha system can improve the pulmonary and respiratory function in the aged COPD patients,and also can improve the quality of life,thus provide a practical basis for the continuity of community-based rehabilitation of elderly COPD patients.
