| 摘 要： | 肿瘤细胞的内在和(或)获得性多药耐药是导致肿瘤患者化疗失败的主要原因,寻求个体化化疗方案,是目前临床研究中的热点和难点。对肺癌细胞进行体外培养、药物敏感性试验和检测耐药基因的表达将为临床化疗提供客观的依据。现综述肺癌细胞的体外培养、药物敏感性及耐药基因检测方面的研究进展。

| Abstract: | The internality with(or) acquired character of tumor cell cause to chemotherapy failure.To explore an individuation chemotherapy project,is the hot and difficult spots of clinical research at present.The lung cancer cells undertake in vitro culture and drug sensitivity testing and expression of drug resistance gene for offering objective according to clinical chemotherapy.This article reviews many progresses in primiary cell culture and drug sensitivity and the detection of drug resistance genes. |
