| Abstract: | Holoprosencephaly is a rare defect in theformation of midline structures resulting in arare spectrum of disordered organogenesis of theprosencephalon, often associated with facialanomalies. In this article a case of holoprosence-phaly is described and its etiology, embryology,classification, pathology, and prognosis are.briefly discussed. |
