摘    要:
目的:介绍一种通过调整电光晶体来改善调Q激光器的输出性能的方法。方法:调Q激光器大多采用DKDP作为电光Q开关,工作状态的晶体内存在反向电场,对电光效应产生相反的作用,从而影响激光器的输出性能。将晶体两端的环状电极一部分向外探出晶体,这样在反向电场区域就没有晶体,反向电场也就不会对激光器的电光效应起反作用了。结果:将环状电极的宽度的一部分探出晶体端面,调Q效果比电极与晶体表面平齐好。结论:改变电极的位置,可以消除电光晶体内反向电场的负效应,改善调Q激光器的输出性能。

Abstract:
Objective To introduce a method for improving the output function of Q-switched laser by changing DKDP crystal's electrode location.Methods Most eletrooptics Q-switched lasers use DKDP as Q switch.But there is a reverse electric field to reduce eletrooptics effect in the crystal.By changing the electrode ring's location out from crystal's two ends,the reverse electric field will have no effect on laser's eletrooptics effect because there is no crystal in the reverse electric field.Results Q switch has better action when the electrode's location is not on the same plane with crystal's ends,but changed out from crystal's two ends.Conclusion The reverse electric field's negative effect can be canceled out by changing the DKDP's electrode location,which can improve the output function of Q-switched laser.
