| 摘 要： | 用酸性a醋酸萘酯酶染色法(简称ANAE)及单向琼脂免疫扩散法对23例精神分裂症患者的细胞免疫及体液免疫功能进行了测定。结果表明;1、精神分裂症患者外周血ANAE总阳性率明显低于正常人P<0.01。其反应类型的变化:圆点状颗粒型淋巴细胞明显低于正常人P<0.01。散在颗粒型淋巴细胞与正常人相比无显著性差异P>0.05。2、精神分裂症患者血清内免疫球蛋白(简称Ig)及C3补体含量与正常人相比无显著性差异。提示:精神分裂症的发病机理与细胞免疫功能异常有密切关系。

| Abstract: | The immune function was tested in 23 cases of schizophrenic using agar immunodiffusion and alpha-naphthyl acetate esterase (ANAE) staining. The results indicated that
(l)the positive rate of ANAE inpe-ripheral blood of schizophrenic was obviously lower than healthy people
(P<0.01).Two kings reaction were observal: one was showed that the number of LC containing dot granule was lower than normal (P<0.0l) . Other that the scattered granule LC was similar as normal (P>0.05) (2) IgG, IgA, IgM, and C3 in serum of schizophrenia was similar as normal. The conclusion was that the cellular immunity be interrelated tightly with schizophrenia. |
