| 摘 要： | 用麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛30例,并与消心痛对照比较,结果两组对缓解心绞痛和改善缺血性心电图的疗效相仿,均有较好的疗效。麝香保心丸具有保护心肌、抗心肌缺血作用,可作预防用药,且无副作用,值得推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Thirty cases of angina in CHD were treated with She-Xiang-Bao-Xin-Wan. Its efficacy was compared with that of isosorbide dinitrate. The results showed that both of the 2 drugs were effective in relieving angina and improving ischemie pattern in EKG, and the effectiveness of the 2 drugs were similar. She-Xiang-Bao-Xin-Wan possesses myocardial protecting and antiischemic activities, and may be used as angina preventing drug and has no side effects, and is thus worthwhile to be recommended in widened use. |
