| Abstract: | The formula(rifampicin 1.0g, alcohol 780ml, distilled water to 1000 ml),method of preparation, and quality control of rifampicin ear drops were described. 75 patients(88 ears)of chronic simple suppurative tympanitis received rifampicin ear drops. The results showed that the cure rate was 63.6%, the clinical total effective rate was 100%. |
