锌缺乏对胎鼠中枢神经递质水平的影响

摘    要:目的:研究缺锌对胎鼠发育及其脑组织内中枢神经递质去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量的影响。方法:将Wistar孕鼠随机分为缺锌组、对饲组和对照组,分别给予缺锌和正常锌饲料饲养,于妊娠第21天取其胎鼠称重,测定胎鼠和胎盘中微量元素及脑内中枢神经递质含量。结果:缺锌组胎鼠体重显著低于对照组和对饲组(P<0.01);各组胎鼠的脑重量无明显差异;缺锌组胎鼠脑组织中NE和DA含量显著高于对照组和对饲组(P<0.01);缺锌组胎鼠、胎盘中锌含量显著低于对照组和对饲组,而铁含量则显著升高(P<0.01);胎鼠体内铜含量也处于较高水平。结论:锌缺乏能对胎鼠脑内中枢神经递质含量产生影响,其发生机制可能与微量元素代谢改变有关。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of zinc(Zn) deficiency on the growth and concentrations of central neurotransmitters, i.e. norepinephrine (NE), dopamine (DA),5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), in the brain of rat fetuses. Methods: Pregnant Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: Zn deficiency (D), Pair-fed (P) and control group (C). The rats of D group were fed with a Zn deficient diet and others were fed with a similar diet supplemented with Zn. On the 21st day of gestation, laparotomy was performed to remove and weigh the placentas, fetuses and their brains , and the concentrations of trace elements in placentas and fetuses and those of central neurotransmitters in the brain were determined. Results: Body weight of fetuses of D group was significantly lower than that of other groups (P<0.01). There was no difference in brain weight of fetuses among three groups. The concentrations of NE and DA in the brain were significantly increased in fetuses of C and P groups (P<0.01). The concentrations of Zn in fetuses and placentas of D group were significantly lower than those of other groups (P<0.01),while, Fe concentration increased remarkably. The copper concentration in fetuses of D group was also high. Conclusion:Zn deficiency can affect the concentrations of central neurotransmitters in the brain of rat fetus, which may be induced by the changes of metabolism of trace elements.
