| 摘 要： | 过敏性紫癜性肾炎是过敏性紫癜伴免疫球蛋白沉积引起的肾脏损害。该病发病机理尚未清楚,对于本病的治疗,西医主要为对症治疗,效果不很理想。何教授运用中医辨证论治,总结治疗经验,治疗原则以扶正为主,兼以祛邪,治疗方法以活血化瘀止血贯穿始终,取得满意疗效。
