多枝雾水葛不同提取物对小鼠皮下脓肿的作用

摘    要:目的 研究多枝雾水葛提取物不同萃取部位对感染引起的皮肤脓肿的消肿排脓作用.方法 建立由金黄色葡萄球菌引起的小鼠皮肤脓肿模型,观察多枝雾水葛不同萃取物对小鼠皮下脓肿外观形态、体积及病理形态的影响,评价不同萃取部位的消肿排脓作用.结果 多枝雾水葛水提取物、氯仿萃取部位、水部位能使小鼠皮下脓肿体积变小,中性炎性细胞浸润逐步减轻、肉芽生长,显示良好的治疗效果.结论 多枝雾水葛提取物对感染引起的皮肤脓肿具有消肿排脓以及促进皮肤愈合的功效,其有效部位是氯仿部位和水部位.

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Pouzolzia zeylanica extracts from different solvents on detumescence and apocenosis of infection-induced skin abscesses in mice.Methods Model of mouse subcutaneous abscess induced by Staphylococcus aureus was established.The influence of different extracts of Pouzolzia zeylanica on the appearance,volume and pathological feature of animal model was investigated.The effect of detumescence and apocenosis from different extracts was also evaluated.Results The aqueous extract,chloroform extract part and water part of Pouzolzia zeylanica reduced the volume of subcutaneous abscess,the infiltration of inflammatory cells and granulation growth in mice.Conclusion Pouzolzia zeylanica extracts afford the effects of detumescence and apocenosis,and promote the healing of skin abscess induced by bacterial infection.The effective parts include chloroform part and water area.
