不同剂量阿托伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛患者血清高敏C反应蛋白的影响

摘    要:目的探讨不同剂量阿托伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛(UA)患者血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和血脂水平的影响。方法80例UA患者随机分为两组,分别应用20 mg和40 mg阿托伐他汀治疗12周,于治疗前后分别检测血清hs CRP和血脂水平,作治疗前后及组间对比。结果UA患者血清hs-CRP、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、载脂蛋白B(apoB)均有明显下降(P〈0.05或〈0.01),高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)明显升高(P〈0.05),大剂量组效果更好,与小剂量组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05或〈0.01)。结论阿托伐他汀不仅能有效降低UA患者血脂水平,而且可明显降低血清hs-CRP水平,抑制斑块内炎症反应,且存在量效关系。

Abstract:Objective To observe the influences of different dose of atorvastatin on high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and serum lipids levels of patients with unstable angina.Mothods Eighty patients with UA were randomly divided into two groups,which were administered atorvastatin at the dose of 20 mg/d and 40 mg/d for twelve weeks,respectively.Levels of serum lipids and hs-CRP were detected before and after treatment.They were analyzed before and after treatment between the two groups.Results Levels of hs-CRP,TC,LDL-C,TG and apoB in UA patients decreased significantly(P<0.05 or <0.01).HDL-C increased significantly(P<0.05).But these changes were more significant in the atorvastatin 40 mg group than in the atorvastatin 20 mg group(P<0.05 or <0.01).Conclusion Atorvastatin therapy can markedly induce the levels of blood lipids and hs-CRP in patients with UA.And decline inflammation in coronary plaque.The higher dose,the more benefit.
