| 摘 要： | [摘要]目的：建立颠胃酸口服液中6-姜辣素含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法：色谱柱为Diamonsil—C18柱（250mmx4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈一甲醇一水（40：5：55），检测波长280nm，进样量10μL，流速1．0mL／min，柱温30℃。结果：6一姜辣素在10．O～120．0μg／mL浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，y=1．1141X＋0．0635（r=0．9992），加样回收率为97．8％，RSO=1．42％（n=9）。结论：该方法便捷、重现性好，适用于颠胃酸口服液中6一姜辣素的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish the quantitative determination method of 6-gingerol in Dianweisuan oral liquid. Methods： An HPLC method with Diamonsil-Cls column （250 ram4.6 mm, 5 pm） was used. The mobile phase was acetontrile-methanol-water （40 ： 5 ： 55 ） ; the detection wavelength was 280 nm; the injection volume was 10 txL; column temperature was 30 C and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results： The curve of 6-gingerol was linear within a range of 10.0 -120.0 pmL. The linear equation was Y= 1. l141X＋ 0.0635 （ r = 0. 9992 ）. The average recovery was 97.8% with RSD of 1.42% （ n = 9 ）. Conclusions： The method was simple and reproducible, and could be further used to investigate the determination of 6-Gingerol in Dianweisuan Oral Liquid. |
