乳果糖口服液治疗婴幼儿功能性便秘的疗效观察

目的：观察乳果糖口服液治疗婴幼儿功能性便秘（FC）的疗效。方法：选取64例FC患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组各32例。对照组采取家庭教育、行为治疗、调整饮食和适量运动的综合治疗,必要时使用开塞露清除嵌塞等对症治疗,观察组在综合治疗的基础上加用乳果糖口服液治疗,疗程1个月,观察便秘改善情况。结果：治疗前后患儿临床症状积分观察组分别为（13.48±1.66）分和（7.89±1.42）分,对照组分别为（13.54±1.71）分和（11.62±1.57）分,两组患儿治疗前临床症状积分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,两组患儿治疗后临床症状积分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：乳果糖口服液治疗婴幼儿FC有良好疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy of Lactulose Oral Solution in the Treatment of Infants with Functional Constipation

Objective： To observe the curative effect of lactulose oral solution in the treatment of infants with functional constipation （FC）. Methods： Sixty-four cases of children with FC were divided into two groups, thirty-two cases in each group. Both groups received the family education, behavioral therapy, diet adjusting, moderate activity, and enema glycerin when necessary. The observation group additionally received lactulose oral solution for one month. Constipation was observed. Results： The clinical symptom score of the observation group before and after treatment were （ 13.48 ± 1.66 ） and （ 7. 89 ±1.42 ）, while the control group was （13.54± 1.71 ） and （11.62±1.57 ）. There was no difference of clinical symptom score in the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）, but the difference was statistically significant after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Lactulose oral solution in treating infantile FC has good curative effect.
