2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变的相关因素分析

目的　探讨 2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变的危险因素。方法　应用美国生产AU 4及SPEC TRA彩色双功能超声诊断仪 ,对 95例 2型糖尿病患者下肢动脉进行检测 ,并记录患者年龄、性别、病程和血压 ,同时测定空腹血糖、餐后 2h血糖、糖基化血红蛋白、血脂及 2 4h尿白蛋白。结果　与正常对照组比较 ,糖尿病患者下肢动脉和足背动脉内径变细、内膜增厚 ,峰值流速减慢。糖尿病伴有下肢血管病变患者的病程明显延长 ,血压、糖基化血红蛋白、血脂和 2 4h尿白蛋白排泄率显著增高。结论　高血糖、脂代谢异常、高血压、病程和尿白蛋白排泄增加是 2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变的危险因素

The risk factors analysis related to lower extremity vascular disease in type 2 diabetic patients

Objective To investigate the risk factors related to lower extremity vascular disease in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods Low extremity artery of 95 type 2 diabetic patients was determined by AU 4 and SPECTRA color doppler ultrasonography,and age,sexual,blood lipid,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 hour sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin and 24 hour urinary albumin excretion(UAE) were also measured.Results Compared to control group,inter diameter of dorsal and popliteal artery got smaller and their intima thicker and their peak flow rate slower in diabetic patients;blood pressure,HbAlc,lipid and 24 hour UAE increased significantly,and duration elongated in patients with lower extremity artery disease in comparison with patients without lower extremity artery disease.Conclusion Color doppler ultrasonography can provide parameters for diagnosing lower extremity vascular disease;hypertension,dyslipidemia,hyperglycemia,increased UAE and duration are the risk factors of lower extremity vascular disease in diabetic patients.
