| 摘 要： | 目的]用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术鉴定丹蒌片挥发性化学成分。方法]采用顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SPEM)提取丹蒌片中的挥发性成分,利用GC-MS结合保留指数法(KI)对其主要挥发性成分进行分析鉴定。结果]从丹蒌片挥发性成分中鉴定出44个组分,占总挥发性组分的72.46%。其中相对含量超过5%的成分有蒿本内酯(17.49%),β-榄香烯(11.07%),(-)斯巴醇(8.95%),3-丁烯基-1(3H)-异苯并呋喃酮(5.50%)等6个化合物。结论]丹蒌片中的挥发性成分得到全面分析,根据其相对含量,丹蒌片中的挥发性成分主要来源于川芎、郁金、泽泻,为丹蒌片的质量控制和进一步药效研究提供一定的参考。
