| 摘 要： | 通过检测肺癌患者肺泡巨噬细胞（AM）上人主要组织相容性抗原Ⅱ类（HLA-Ⅱ类）抗原的表达来探究肺癌患者局部的免疫情况。经支气管肺泡灌洗获取肺癌患者（n=18）病变累及处及对照组（n=15）的AM,利用SABC法检测两组人AM上的HLA-DR和HLA-DQ抗原的表达。结果显示肺癌患者AM上的这两种HLA-Ⅱ类抗原的表达均较对照组明显减少（HLA-DR的表达分别为72.9％和81.3％,P<0.01;HLA-DQ的表达分别为 42.7％和 60.4％, P<0.001）,其中 HLA-DQ抗原减少更明显。提示肺癌患者病变局部AM的抗原识别和提呈能力是下降的,这对肺癌的免疫是不利的,AM上HLA-Ⅱ类抗原表达的减低可能影响到肺癌患者的预后。 |

| Abstract: | The aim of this study was to investigate the pulmonary immunity in the area where lung cancer had infiltrated by detecting HLA-II antigens on AM. We sampled AM from patients with lung cancer(n= 18) and controls(n= 15) by bronchoalyeolar lavage and detected the expression of HLA-DR and HLA-DQ on AM by immunohistologic ways. Our results displayed that the expression of HLA- I antigens on lung cancer patient's AM decreased significantly (HLA-DR, P <0. 01; HLA-DQ, P <0. 001) ,especially for the HLA-DQ. It suggested that it wasn't benefit for the immunoreaction against lung cancer. The less expression of HLA- II antigens on AM from patients with lung cancer maybe influence the prognosis of lung cancer. |
