不同封管液对 PICC 置管输注20%甘露醇的影响

目的：探讨不同封管液对经外周留置的中心静脉导管输注20%甘露醇的影响。方法将99例颅内肿瘤患者按入院顺序分为3组,每组33例。A 组用肝素钠盐水10 ml 正压封管；B组用0.9%生理盐水10 ml 脉冲式冲管,肝素钠盐水10 ml 正压封管；C 组用0.9%生理盐水≥20 ml 脉冲式冲管,肝素钠盐水10 ml 正压封管。结果 A 组导管堵管率为51.5%,B 组为24.6%,C 组为6.1%。C 组导管堵管率显著低于 A 组、B 组(P <0.05或0.01),B 组显著低于A 组(P <0.05)。结论对经外周留置的中心静脉导管置管长期输注20%甘露醇完毕后用≥20 ml 生理盐水脉冲式冲管,肝素钠盐水正压封管,可有效降低导管堵管率。

Influences of different tube sealing solutions on infused 20%mannitol via PICC

Objective To explore the influences of different tube sealing solutions on infused 20% mannitol via a peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC).Methods Ninety-nine in-tracranial neoplasms patients were assigned to three groups of 33 ones each according to admission order. Group A was locked using heparin sodium + 10 ml normal saline;group B was flushed using 10 ml 0.9%normal saline and locked using heparin sodium + 10 ml normal saline;group C was flushed using ≥ 20 ml 0.9% normal saline and locked using heparin sodium + 10 ml normal saline.Results Catheter obstruc-ting rate was 5 1.5% in group A,24.6% B and 6.1% C,that significantly lower in C than in A and B (P <0.05 or 0.01),so was that in B than in A (P <0.05).Conclusion PICC flushed using ≥ 20 ml normal saline after long-term 20% mannitol infusion and locked using heparin sodium + normal saline could effectively lower catheter obstructing rate.
