健康教育对社区精神分裂症患者康复的影响

目的：探讨健康教育对社区精神分裂症患者康复的影响。方法将120例社区精神分裂症患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组60例,两组维持原用抗精神病药物治疗,研究组在此基础上联合健康教育,观察24周。采用简明精神病量表、社会功能缺陷筛选量表、自知力与治疗态度问卷评定精神症状、社会功能及自知力,并统计复发状况。结果健康教育24周末,两组简明精神病量表、社会功能缺陷筛选量表评分均较入组时显著降低(P <0.05或0.01),研究组显著低于对照组(P <0.05)；研究组自知力与治疗态度问卷评分较入组时显著升高(P <0.05或0.01),对照组则无显著变化(P >0.05),研究组显著高于对照组(P <0.01)。研究组复发率为0,对照组为6.7%,研究组显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论健康教育能显著改善社区精神分裂症患者的精神症状及社会功能,提高自知力,有利于促进患者全面康复。

Effects of health education on the rehabilitation of community schizophrenics

Objective To explore the effects of health education on the rehabilitation of community schizo-phrenics.Methods A total of 120 community schizophrenics were divided into two groups of 60 ones each according to random number table,both groups maintained original antipsychotic treatment,on this basis research group was plus health education for 24 weeks.Mental symptoms were assessed with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS),social functions with the Social Disability Screening Schedule (SDSS), insights with the Insight and Treatment Attitude Questionnaire (ITAQ),and relapse states added up.Re-sults At the end of the 24 th week the BPRS and SDSS scores of both groups lowered more significantly compared with enrolment (P <0.05 or0.01 ),those were significantly lower in research than in control group (P <0.05);the ITAQ score heightened more significantly in research group (P <0.05 or 0.01), had no significant change in control group (P >0.05),and was significantly higher in research than in con-trol group (P <0.01).The relapse rate was respectively 0 in research and 6.7% in control group,the for-mer significantly lower than the latter (P <0.05).Conclusion Health education could notably improve mental symptoms and social functions of community schizophrenics in community,boost insight,and is beneficial to patients’comprehensive rehabilitation.
