温度和标本存放时间对血粘度检测的影响

摘    要:
目的 探讨温度和血标本放置时间对全血粘度的影响。方法 将30例血标本在不同环境温度下检测全血粘度,另将20例血标本存放不同时间后测定其全血粘度。结果 全血粘度随温度升高而降低,随标本存放时间延长而升高。结论 温度和和血标本存放时间对血粘度的检测结果影响较大,应严格控制测定温度和标本存放时间,以确保粘度测定值的准确性和可靠性。

Abstract:
Objective To study the effects of temperature and sample store time on whole blood viscosity.Methods Whole blood viscosity of 30 cases of blood samples were determined at different temperature;Whole blood viscosity of 20 cases of blood samples were determined after different time intervals.Results The average values of the whole blood viscosity fell with temperature elevation and increased with the increase of sample store time.Conclusion The effects of temperature and sample store time on blood viscosity is great.We should control them strictly when determining in order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the blood viscosity values.
