阿托伐他汀对糖尿病合并冠心病患者血脂和心脏功能的影响

【目的】探讨阿托伐他汀对糖尿病合并冠心病患者血脂和心脏功能的影响。【方法】通过对我院306例患者进行血脂、冠脉造影、超声心动图检测，将其分为单纯糖尿病组，冠心病组，糖尿病合并冠心病组，均给予口服阿托伐他汀。12个月后进行随访，再次检查上述指标，比较其组问及组内变化，探讨阿托伐他汀对糖尿病合并冠心病患者血脂和心脏功能的影响。【结果】糖尿病合并冠心病组的血清HDL、Apo A1基线水平均低于冠心病和糖尿病组，而糖尿病合并冠心病组的LDL、ApoB水平较冠心病组和糖尿病组高。12个月后，糖尿病合并冠心病组的HDL，ApoAl水平较基线水平明显升高，LDL、ApoB水平则降低。糖尿病合并冠心病组左室射血分数较基线水平明显改善。【结论】阿托伐他汀对糖尿病合并冠心病的患者具有明显的调脂作用，可以明显改善心脏功能。

Effects of atorvastatin therapy on blood lipids and cardiac function in diabetes patient complicated with coronary heart disease

[Objective] To observe the effects of atorvastain therapy on blood lipids and cardiac function in diabetes patient comphated with coronary heart disease. [Methods] A total of 306 cases were enroued in this study. According to the resusts of color Doppler, coronary angiogram and level of blood lipids, these patients were assigned to coronary heart disease group （CHD）, diabetes group （DM） and diabetes complicated with coronary heart diseased group （DM ＋ CHD）. Atorvastatin therapy was given to all patients for 12 months. LVEF, color Doppler of heart and parameters of blood lipids were determined before and 12 months after the therapy. [Results] The plasma level of HDL, ApoA1 were much lower in DM ＋ CHD group than in CHD group or DM group. However, LDL and ApoB were much higher in the baseline. After 12 months, the plasma level of HDL, ApoA1 were much higher and LDL, ApoB were much lower than the level in the baseline when followed up. Left ventricular ejection fraction was also improved. [Conclusions] Atorvastatin can regulate blood lipids and improve cardiac function in diatetes complicated with coronary heart disease patients.
