| 摘 要： | 目的:优选全叶青兰提取物制备工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以浸膏收率和总黄酮含量为指标对制备工艺条件进行优选。结果:最佳工艺条件为药材的8~10倍量水提取2次,第1次2h,第2次1h,清膏在80℃以下烘干。结论:优选出的工艺科学合理。
