摘 要: | 临床常用的听力评价方法为纯音听力计测试 ,其测试的频率为 0 .12 5~ 8kHz ,8kHz以上的各高频频率为非常规纯音测听测试范围。国内外的研究已揭示众多疾病所致听力损害的特点为早期高频听力受损 ,故而常频纯音测听对听力的评价特别是早期损害的检测存在很大的局限性。扩展高频测听有助于听力损害的早期诊断和全面正确的评价。

Abstract: | The pure-tone audiometry was the most common used method for auditory assessment, which employed the frequencies from 0.125 kHz to 8 kHz. The high frequencies which was more than 8 kHz was not the routine test range for the pure-tone audiometry. A lot of studies revealed that the early hearing damage caused by diseases was in high frequency portion. Extended high frequency audiometry was a reliable method for auditory assessment in hearing loss and contributed to comprehensive and correct diagnosis. |
