安康市汉滨区2004—2006年麻疹IgM抗体监测结果

目的了解安康市汉滨区麻疹流行特征，探讨控制策略。方法对2004-2006年发生在汉滨区的麻疹病例进行回顾性分析。结果3a合计检测麻疹疑似病例早期血清135份，麻疹IgM抗体阳性的80份，阳性率为59．26％。其中2004、2005和2006年阳性率分别为59．09％、61．54％和58．46％。〈1岁者阳性率为60．00％，〉15岁者阳性率为61．90％，均较高。8月龄以下及20岁以上成人也有发病。结论汉滨区控制麻疹的策略应在提高儿童麻疹疫苗免疫覆盖率和免疫成功率的同时，也要关注成人特别是育龄妇女的麻疹免疫。

Surveillance of the Measles IgM Antibody in Hanbing District of Ankang City during 2004-2006

Objective ] To learn the epidemic features of measles in Hanbin District of Ankang City and explore relevant control countermeasures. Methods] Retrospective analysis was made on the measles cases in Hanbin District of Ankang City during 2004-2006. Results] Within three years, 135 serum samples of suspected measles in early period were tested, 80 of which were found with positive measles IgM antibody （ 59.26% ） ; the positive rates in the years of 2004, 2005 and 2006 were 59.09%, 61.54% and 58.46% respectively; the positive rates of the patients under one year old and over 15 years old were 60.00% and 61.90% respectively; there were also patients under 8 months or over 20 years old. Conclusion] Measles vaccine immunization coverage rate and immunization successful rate should be improved, meanwhile, measles immunization should be emphasized among the women of children bearing age.
