摘    要:正电子断层成像是目前核医学中最先进的成像技术,并且在临床中取得了良好的诊断效果。SPECT/PET系统从准直器、闪烁晶体、光转换元件等方面着手对原SPECT机进行优化改造,从而可利用之进行正电子断层成像。由于专用的PET设备价格昂贵,SPECT511keV正电子成像便成为我国消费者的选择之一。本文从其技术原理、性能指标、临床试验等方面进行了详细介绍,认为SPECT/PET系统将在医学领域进一步得到认可和推广。

Abstract:Position Emission Tomography is the most advanced imaging technique which has achieved great diagnosis results in clinic. SPECT/PET system is an alternation of original SPECT from collimator, crystal and photo-electric translator. This imaging system has been a good choice for Positron Emission Tomography in our country mainly because of the high cost of PET. Detail introduction of the system was made from aspects of technique theories, performances and clinical tests. With the appliance of SPECT/PET system in clinic, the system would be more widely used and approved.
