应用信息系统整合提高医院信息化建设水平

针对军队医院信息系统中异构系统多、子系统功能重叠等现状,提出了应用信息系统整合来解决医院信息中系统相互孤立、信息利用率低、标准化程度低等问题,进而实现系统互联、数据共享,提高医院信息化建设水平。以＂军卫一号＂工程的应用为基础,介绍了目前常用的几种系统整合方法,从数据层面和应用层面讨论了它们的结构和特点,并分析了它们的实用范围。

Improve Hospital Informatization by Information System Consolidation

In the view of the current situation of military Hospital Information System（HIS）,information system consolidation is put forward to solve the problems,such as isolated systems,lower utilization rate of information and poor standardization.Hospital informatization construction can be improved by system co-connection and data sharing.Based on the application of No.1 Military Medical Project,several commonly used methods are introduced.The construction and the characteristics are discussed from the aspects of the data and the application.The range of the application is also analyzed.
