| 摘 要： | 目的探索基层医院ICU的护理管理模式,提高ICU护理质量。方法以2009年1月实施全方位的ICU管理为分界,将2008、2009年度入住ICU的所有病人分为对照组和观察组,比较二者在院感发生率、意外拔管率、护理缺陷发生例数之间的差别。结果 2009年度的各项护理管理指标均优于2008年度。结论因地制宜,运用适合基层医院特色的ICU护理管理模式,是基层医院ICU护理管理的方向。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the management mode of the primary hospital ICU care. Methods All patients in ICU from 2008 to 2009 were divided into control group and observation group, and the incidence of infection in hospital,the accidental extubation rate and the number of nursing defects were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing management of the year 2009 was better than that of 2008. Conclusion Use of ICU nursing management mode suitable for primary hospital characteristics is the primary hospital ICU nursing management direction. |
