更昔洛韦吸收系数测定的不确定度分析

摘    要:目的对更昔洛韦吸收系数测定的不确定度进行分析,给出测定结果的置信区间。方法通过吸收系数的测定过程和计算公式分析不确定度的来源,计算出各个不确定度分量,对影响检测结果的各不确定度分量进行分析,以对该测量过程的不确定度进行评定。结果更昔洛韦吸收系数测定的合成不确定度为5,取包含因子k=2,其扩展不确定度为10。结论不确定度的评估结果给出了测定结果的可信范围,提高了测定结果的准确性和可信度。

Abstract:Purpose The uncertainty in determination of the specific absorbance of Ganciclovir was analyzed in order to obtain the confidence interval of the result. Methods The calculation formula was deduced and then the standard uncertainty of each component was calculated by analyzing the various imputs among the procedures. The combined standard uncertainty was finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of various component variables. Results The combined standard uncertainty is 5 and the expanded uncertainty is 10 with the coverage factor k=2. Conclusion The results would be more credible by evaluating the uncertainty of the determination.
