2011年大连市入托入学儿童预防接种证查验情况分析

目的了解大连市托幼机构、小学新生预防接种证查验开展状况及影响因素,为提高国家免疫规划疫苗接种率和加强托幼机构及学校传染病控制提供科学依据。方法 2011-10-07/21采用横断面调查方法对大连市1 289所托幼机构和学校入托（学）的新生进行调查。结果托幼机构和小学查验率为99.83%,持证率为98.79%,补证率为90.43%,儿童补种率为80.05%。结论大连市儿童预防接种证查验、补种工作存在一定难度,建议教育、卫生部门加强配合,促进入托入学接种证查验和免疫规划工作。

Vaccination Certificate of Children at Admission to Child Care Setting and School in Dalian in 2011

Objective To understand the immunization status of the children at the admission to child care settings and schools in Dalian city and to provide the evidence for further improvement of the vaccination and for control and prevention of infectious disease in schools. Methods A cross-sectional investigation was conducted in 1289 admission to child care settings and schools from December 7 to 21,2011 in Dalian city. Results The inspection rate of kindergartens and primary school was 99. 83%,and the possession rate of vaccination certificate was 98. 79%,the rate of supplementary vaccination was 80. 05%,the rate of supplementary certificate was 80. 05% in children. Conclusion There is still certain difficulty in children＇s inspection and supplementary of vaccination certificate in Dalian. Pertinent measures should be taken to promote the work of certificate examination among children.
