高血压脑出血短期预后因素分析

目的:分析高血压脑出血的临床特点,探讨影响高血压脑出血短期预后的因素。方法:对62例高血压脑出血患者病例资料进行回顾性收集,对其临床特点进行分析,并采用统计学方法对各种因素进行分析,探讨其对短期预后的影响。结果:62例高血压脑出血患者中,入院血压比较上未显示具有意义的差异性。在进行的近期预后因素分析中,年龄和性别不存在明显差异,而入院GCS评分、血糖水平、是否破入脑室、是否发生脑疝、出血量及术后并发症在预后良好组和预后差组均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:入院GCS评分低于或等于5分、血糖水平高于正常、血肿破入脑室、发生脑疝、出血量较大及术后存在并发症均会使患者预后较差。针对患者情况选择术后时机及手术方式对高血压脑出血的治疗具有重要意义。

Analysis of prognostic factors of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in short term

Objective: To investigate the influence factors of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in short term. Methods:62 patients diagnosed as hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were observed and divided into two groups according to GCS score three month after admission. Univariate analysis was used to analyse the influence factors of prognosis. Result: Univariate analysis indicated that GCS scale score in admission, blood sugar level, cerebral hemia, blood breaking into ventricle, blood volume, and complication after surgery were the risk factors influencing prognosis. Conclusion: GCS scale score in admission,blood volume, blood sugar level, cerebral hemia, blood breaking into ventricle, blood volume, and complication after surgery were the predictors of outcome in short term.
