摘    要:
环孢菌素A抑制了用ConA和PMA在体外诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞分泌的白细胞介素2、白细胞介素3和粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子,这种抑制作用与这些淋巴因子的信使核糖核酸的基因表述受到抑制有关。

Abstract:
CyclosporinA (CyA) inhibit the induction of interleukin 2 (IL 2 ) , interleukin 3 (IL 3) and granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) secretion by Con A and phorbol myristate acetate (PMA) induced spleen lymphocytes. The lack of these lymphokines correlates with the absence of their respective mRNAs. Lymphokines in general and IL2,IL3, GMCSF in particular play a central role in immune responses, Thus, the ability of CyA to prevent lymphokine gene expression, at concentration use therapeutically, may in explain the immuno-suppressive properties of this class of drugs.
