摘    要:目的应用心率和心率变异性分析,评定颈部手法刺激对自主神经系统的影响。方法选择正常青年男性志愿者,对受试者进行颈部手法刺激,刺激前和刺激后各记录5min动态心电图,以心率和心率变异性作为观测指标,判断颈部手法刺激对自主神经系统的影响。结果对30名正常青年男性志愿者观察发现,颈部手法刺激后,心率显著降低(RR间期延长);时域分析中SDNN有显著性增加,频域分析中VLF和总功力谱有显著性增加。结论心率和心率变异性是一项评定颈部手法刺激对自主神经系统效应的有用指标。

Abstract:Objective Using heart rate(HR) and heart rate variability(HRV) to assess the effect of cervical manipulation stimulation on autonomic nervous system in human.Methods Health young male volunteers were selected as subject of the trial.Cervical manipulation stimulation was applied and 5min ECG were recorded before and after stimulation separately.HR and HRV were used as an indicator of the tension of the autonomic nervous system.Results 30 health young volunteers were tested.It showed that HR decreased(RR interval prolonged) significantly after stimulation.SDNN of time domain analysis and VLF and total power of frequency analysis were increased significantly after stimulation.Conclusions HR and HRV were useful indicators and could be used in cervical stimulation to evaluate the effect on autonomic nervous system.
