腮腺腺淋巴瘤的MRI表现回顾性分析11例

目的 探讨腮腺腺淋巴瘤MRI表现的特点。方法 回顾性分析经手术及组织病理学证实的11例腮腺腺淋巴瘤患者的MRI的影像学特征,影像学分析包括病灶数目、部位、大小、形态及信号。为了探讨腮腺腺淋巴瘤发病部位特征,在腮腺矢状面将其分成4个象限。11例中男9例,女2例;50岁以上者7例。结果 11例患者15侧发病,共19个病灶,其中病灶位于腮腺后下象限者15个;多发者6例;15个病灶边界清楚。结论 50岁以上的男性患者,MRI发现腮腺浅叶的后下象限病灶,边界光整,内部信号不均匀,有轻中度强化,而且多发者,诊断时应首先考虑腺淋巴瘤可能。

Parotid adenolymphomas: MRI findings

Objective To investigate the MRI characteristics of the parotid adenolymphomas. Methods The MRI characteristics of 11 cases with pathology confirmed adenolymphomas were studied retrospectively. The imaging characteristics analysis included the position, number, size, shape and intensity of signal of the focus. Four quadrants in sagital section of the parotid gland were created to deter- minate the location of the tumor. Among 11 cases ,9 patients were male, and 2 female. 7 patients were more than 50 years old. Results 19 lesions were found in the 15 sides among the 11 cases. 15 lesions were located in the posterior and inferior quadrant. Multiple synchronous adenolymphomas were found in 6 cases. And the borders of 15 tumors were well-defined. Conelusions Adenolym- phomas of the parotid should be first considered when the male patient over 50 years has lesions located in the posterior and inferior quadrant and with well-defined border, especially when the lesion is multiply or bilaterally located.
