摘    要:
目的比较冷热循环前后预成桩与树脂核的结合力。方法采用玻璃纤维桩分别与Paracore、C learfill、Durafill和F2000复合体核材料结合。测试冷热循环前后桩核间结合力并对其进行比较。结果冷热循环前后,Paracore和C learfill与桩的结合力无变化,Durafill和F2000复合体在冷热循环后与桩的结合力变弱。结论为获得良好的远期修复效果,应选择强度高、流动性好的树脂材料成核。

Abstract:
Objective To compare the adhesive strength between prefabricated posts and resin core materials before and after thermal cycling. Methods Four types of posts and cores(Tenax Fiber White post with ParaCore, clearfill, Durafill and F2000)were made. The adhesive strength between different posts and cores was measured with a universal testing machine before and after thermal cycling. Results The adhesive strength between posts and Paraeore or Clearfill cores was not different before and after thermal cycling. The adhesive strength between posts and Durafill or F2000 cores was lower after thermal cycling. Conclusion To achieve good clinical performance, we should choose core materials which have high intension and good liquidity.
