| 摘 要： | 目的探讨纤维胆道镜在肝移植术后的胆结石诊治中的作用。方法对5例肝移植术后出现反复胆系感染、梗阻性黄疸的病人进行纤维胆道镜观察,同时采取等离子碎石技术、网篮取石、异物钳取石。结果在纤维胆道镜直视下,可以清楚地观察到胆管的愈合及胆管血运情况,同时可以成功取石。结论肝移植术后T管的留置和纤胆镜的应用具有重要的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the role of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of biliary stone by choledochofibroscope after orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT). Methods Five patients with biliary stone after OLT were diagnosed and treated with choledochofibroscopy. Results Under the choledochofibroscope, the healing and blood flow of bile duct could be clearly observed and bile stone be successfully removed. Conclusions The choledochofibroscope and T tube are important for diagnosis and treatment of biliary stone following OLT. |
