50例肛周脓肿患者予中药配合手术治疗临床分析研究

目的:分析临床手术治疗肛周脓肿患者时给予中药配合治疗后的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2008年9月～2011年1月间收治的50例肛周脓肿患者组成A组,此组给予中药配合手术治疗,另选取本院同期收治的48例肛周脓肿患者组成B组,此组给予实施常规护理及抗生素药物配合手术治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:两组患者在治疗有效率方面比较,A组患者有效率为98.00%明显高于B组患者的有效率83.33%,差异明显。结论:临床面对肛周脓肿患者时给予中药配合手术治疗时,可以明显提高患者临床疗效,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Clinical analysis of treating 50 cases of patients with perianal abscess in TCM plus operation

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of TCM combined with operation treatment. Methods： 50 cases of patients collected from September in 2008 to January in 2011 were randomly selected as group A. And another 48 cases of patients collected in the same time were chosen as group B. Group A was treated in TCM plus operation, while group B was treated with routine treatment combined with antibiotics and operation treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results： The total effective rates of group A and group B were 98.00% and 83.33% respectively, with significant differences. Conclusion： TCM plus operation treatment improved the clinical effect in treating perianal abscess, which was worth wide application.
